5:00PM — REGISTRATION OPENS FOR VIP GUESTS
VIP guests may arrive as early as 5:00PM for registration.
5:00PM — VIP Reception and Silent Auction for Federal Club and VIP Guests
Enjoy cocktails, get a head start on the silent auction, and mingle with your fellow VIP guests before the crowd arrives!
6:00PM — REGISTRATION OPENS for all guests
Once on the 2nd floor, guests should proceed to the registration area. At check-in guests will receive their dinner table number and pre-register credit-cards to use BidPal on their smartphone to make silent auction bids.
We recommend guests arrive between 5:45PM-6:00PM to allow for time for registration.
6:00PM — Silent Auction Open to All Guests
Guests will enjoy views of hundreds of auctions items including: wine, travel packages, one-of-a-kind artwork and other generous items donated to raise funds for HRC's fight for equality.
Guest will receive a link to the BidPal system on their smart phone to make it easy to view all of the auction items, place bids, and track current bid price on each item throughout the evening.
7:00PM — Grand ballroom opens for program
Guests will be assigned a table number at registration. If needed, volunteers will escort guests to their assigned tables.
We recommend guests be seated in the ballroom by 7:15PM to be ready for the opening.
9:15PM — SILENT AUCTION CLOSES
Approximately 30 minutes after the close of the silent auction, you will be notified on your BidPal device if you have won.
If you pre-swiped your credit card, you may proceed to the silent auction pick-up area to claim your items at the end of the program.
10:00PM — AFTER PARTY
Don't miss the After Party following the dinner.
10:30PM — SILENT AUCTION PICK-UP ENDS
Please ensure all purchased auction items are picked up before you leave the Ballroom area and head to the After Party.
If you have a large item, you can check with the Bell Desk regarding storage of your item(s).
